Where we're at . . 

2001 - The Griffin Inn - Over the years we have built up a great reputation for good food, friendly service and an equally as friendly environment.

2012 - The Old Stables - we built our function facility due to the demand for our signature hospitality but for larger groups. Our reputation spread wildly with weekend dates now being booked two years in advance.

2014 - Griffin Inn - Renovation of the pub to bring it inline with the stylish and quirky Old Stables.

2014/15 - The Bakery - We started producing purely gluten free produce from our 1,200sq/ft industrial sized bakery in early 2015. To fit in better with future plans we later flipped to a more mainstream range of produce that produces for all our outlets.

2015 - Odd John's Kitchen, Swithland - What started off as an effort to bring a shop back to the village has become something quite unique. This cosy little country kitchen environment is now a buzzing little cafe - so busy in fact that we are now building a bigger one!

May 2016 - Odd John's Kitchen, Quorn - We decided to reach out to the community to help us get this off the ground. The response to our Kickstarter campaign was fantastic!! Read more about here and follow the progress on Facebook!

2017 - We have some really interesting plans for 2017 that include further developments to the Odd John's Kitchen aspect of the business and further developments in outside catering. Watch this space!
